Abstract
In this project, I aim to create an immersive historical website dedicated to exploring the rituals and beliefs of Korean shamanism, also known as Mu-ism. The website will provide a comprehensive overview of various rituals practiced within Korean shamanism, delving into their historical significance and cultural context. Through detailed descriptions and multimedia content, visitors will gain insights into the spiritual practices of Korean shamans, including ceremonies such as the gut ritual. Furthermore, the website will feature information on artifacts associated with Korean shamanism, elucidating their symbolism and importance within the tradition. Additionally, I will explore the contemporary presentation of Korean shamanism, examining how it is practiced and perceived in present-day society.
